Cancellation Policy

Nature of Services Sound healing sessions are offered as a wellness service intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Client Responsibility & Medical Disclosure Clients agree to inform the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, mental health concerns, or sensory sensitivities prior to the session. Sound healing may not be appropriate for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to seizure disorders, severe mental health conditions, or sound sensitivity. Participation is voluntary and at the client’s discretion. Consent & Personal Boundaries Sessions may include the use of sound instruments, vocals, breath work, and gentle light touch (applied through the practitioner’s hands, instruments, or both). Touch is always optional and will only be offered with the client’s informed consent. Clients may request changes or stop the session at any time. No Medical or Psychological Advice The practitioner does not provide medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Clients are encouraged to seek care from a licensed medical or mental health professional for any physical or psychological conditions. Assumption of Risk By participating in a sound healing session, the client acknowledges that they are voluntarily engaging in an experiential wellness service and assume full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after the session. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without written permission, except as required by law. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee of the full service amount. Right to Refuse Service The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone at any time if it is determined that sound healing is not appropriate or safe for the client. Acknowledgment of Understanding By booking an/or attending a session, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this policy and consent to receive sound healing services.
