About the event
This monthly sound bath is an invitation to pause — to step out of the week, soften your edges, and let your whole system breathe again.
Join Taylor on the last Saturday of each month for a gentle hour of rest and renewal. From 4–5 PM, you’ll be held in a calming soundscape designed to help your body unwind and your mind settle.
Please bring anything that helps you get cozy — your mat, bolsters, blankets, or whatever makes you feel supported. Just arrive, settle in, and let the sound do the rest.
